New Year Picnic & Carnavale
The Progressive Community of Agiassos (Sydney) has jumped the gun for 2011 with a series of coming events:
On Sunday January 30 they will holding the New Years Picnic at Gunnamatta Bay Conulla. Souvlakia will be cooked and served for members and guests, as the Vasilopita will also cut.
The Committee and Community is looking forward to seeing as many families- with their children- as possible.
On Saturday, March 5, the Annual Apokriatiko Caranvale with be held at the Mytilenian House, 225 Canterbury Rd, Canterbury.
Doors open at 7pm.
The cost is $30 and children under 12 are free.
There will be live music and lots of satire (of course).
