An Antissian Ho- Ho- Ho!
The President of the Antissian Association, John Loukadellis stated, "Seeing that we had 220 members with their families and friends attend the day, it was an awesome picnic with soccer and cricket being predominantly played by the youngsters whilst our older members challenged some of us young guns to games of tavli as we ate souvlakia and drank our beers".
John further stated, "We made 5 new members on the day, who have young families, which is great to see that we are growing and moving forward for future generations. We are extremely thankful that it was such a nice day and that everyone had fun with family and friends".
The Antissian Association bbq'ed chicken souvlakia throughout the day and provided soft drinks, water bottles, beers, juices and chips for its members and guests. A great day was had by all and this was a positive way to see out 2008.
