Antissian Association At Opening of Exodus Foundation Office

Following their highly successful Annual Dance- in what is now deemed as the Beh Hur Dance- the Antissian Association of N.S.W's generous philanthropy was recently recognised in the wider community. Representatives of of the Association were present at the opening of the Exodus Foundation's Tutorial Centre in Ashfield.
The Centre was officially opened by the Treasurer of Australia Hon Mr Wayne Swan and was also attended by the Federal Member for Grayndler (MP) Hon Mr Anthony Albanese and the Mayor of Ashfield Mr Ted Cassidy.

The Antissian Association representatives handed over two cheques worth $14,000.00 to Rev Bill Crews, which will be used towards the education of two children in the new tutorial centre. Of these funds, the $7,000.00 was money raised at the associations 30th anniversary dance on 2nd May and the remaining $7,000.00 was funds matched dollar for dollar by the good people at the Macquarie Group Foundation.
" I would like to thank all the sponsors on the night ( Antissian Association's Annual dance) for their generosity, everyone who attended our event and wish Rev Bill Crews and everyone at the Exodus Foundation all the best in the tireless work they put into the community and its citizens," stated Antissian president, Joh Loukadellis.
