President, Evangelos Gavalas, helps, Perth’s Greek Consul, Theodore Passas, present the memorial plaques to recognise the enormous contribution these Committee Members made to establish the Brotherhood. EFstratios was an active member of the Mytilenean Brotherhood of Perth and Western Australia, serving –at various times-on the Committee since 1975. He has been General Secretary for a number of years.
