Night of Nights for John Spanellis’ Annual Dance

One of Plomari’s favourite sons, John Spanellis, held his Annual Dance for his Radio Program, “Kefi & Bala”, at the Mytilenian House- bring the house down with a great night of abundant food and star-studded entertainment program.

The Mytilenian House resembled the who’s who of Sydney’s Greek community, whether it was local politicians, fellow peers in the Greek media, successful entrepreneurs and community leaders.

Guests and friends were treated with an appetizing smorgasbord of food and entertainment that captured the enthusiastic atmosphere of a variety show.
“I am so happy to see my friends and guests having a good time and I sincerely thank them for all their support- not just for tonight, but throughout the years. I hope they enjoyed themselves,” stated John Spanellis.

Spanellis also thanked sponsors and contributors towards the success of the Night: Jetset Travel at Marrickville Metro, Kebia Importex, Mick’s Meats (Dulwich Hill), Thessaloniki Cake Shop (Dulwich Hill), Laiki Bank, Global Pest Control and C-Side Restaurant (Kyeemagh).
He also thanked all the entertainers: Nikos Drimousis, Lefterakis, Litsa and Effie and Fotia Dance Group.
The successful could never have occurred without all the helpers: Ioannis and Panagiotis Psomas, Eleni and Georgina Kokokiri, Peter Chronopoulos, Dimitra and Stergios Roumeliotis, and Michael Lipsanos.
Editor’s Note: Seeing the who’s who of the Greek community for a dance merely highlights the great popularity of Spanellis. He is always there to support any cause and it is quite fitting to see everyone reciprocating the gesture and supporting him. Well done, Gianni! Kai to hronou!
